Very nice with the snow and the blue sky showing thru the break in the clouds.

I absolutely LOVE Yosemite National Park! Ever since I first found shots by Ansel Adams of this place, and then shots by photographer Christopher Burkett, I have fell in love over and over again with shots like these. El Capitan and the Dome are such majestic mountains, no matter where the shot is or the time of day, it turns out beautiful, just like this one. Outstanding shot!

And Yosemite is Full Of Them! To stand under the water falls and feel the mist hit you from 100 feet away. to sand at the bottom of El Capiton or To sand and look at half Dome from across Mirror Lake its all just breathtaking.. cant wait to go back!

So you got to stay into Tuesday! Awesome! Well worth being rained on :D We'll join you next time, lol, or maybe come for a day trip - we're not too big (or prepared - no gear) on camping...

How did you like the rented lenses? I used the 70-300 and Cait the wide angle on our daytrip to SF...nice details for both!

You guys are defiantly going next time.. we have a plan and everything already.. and you will be staying :P no shooting and running.. half the phone was sitting around the fire at the end of a the day drinking a beer and feeding our faces..

I really had a good time with the Lens. the Wide was AWESOME! i found the 18 to 200 had to much Lens creep and when fully extended the shorts lost all there sharpness... then again it could have just been me :(

LOL, sounds intriguing :D

I didn't notice the creep but I did see the loss of sharpness  thought I tend to get that with my 300 too :(
